Immortal - War Against All is the 10th studio album from the legendary Norwegian black metal band, released in 2022. Known for their powerful sound and dark themes, Immortal continues to set the standard in the genre with this compelling record. The album showcases the artistry of Demonaz, who takes on both guitar and vocal duties, alongside session musicians Kevin Kvåle on drums and Arve Isdal on bass and additional guitars. Notable for its intense compositions and atmospheric depth, War Against All has been well-received by fans and critics alike.
Formed in 1990 in Bergen, Norway, Immortal has established themselves as one of the most influential bands in black metal. With a discography that includes classics like Diabolical Fullmoon Mysticism and Sons Of Northern Darkness, the band has had a significant impact on the metal scene. After a brief hiatus, they returned with Northern Chaos Gods in 2018, setting the stage for this latest release.
Recorded at Conclave & Earshot Studio and expertly mastered by Iver Sandøy, War Against All marks a powerful continuation of Immortal's legacy in the world of heavy music.
