  • **International Shipping**: The cost of shipping goods internationally is determined by the current price list, which depends on the selected country and the weight of the order.

When ordering products, you can choose the most convenient parcel locker, and after placing your order, you will receive a notification with information about the delivery status and the ability to track your order.

We want to emphasize that we ship records in specially designed boxes for vinyls, which ensure safe delivery. Our priority is to guarantee that your order reaches you in pristine condition.

Return

We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return items. Our return policy complies with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Customers have the right to return items within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging.

The return process is simple:

  2. Product returns: Products can be returned via DPD, LPExpress, or Omniva parcel lockers.
  3. Return processing: After the goods are received and inspected, the return will be processed within 14 days.
