Delivery and returns

Information about delivery in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, and how returns work.

Delivery

We deliver orders to DPD and Unisend (LP EXPRESS) parcel lockers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You can choose a locker at checkout.

Fast dispatch
Orders placed by 17:00 are shipped the same day, every day; orders placed later are shipped the next day.
Protective packaging
We pack records in sturdy multi-layer packaging that helps protect records and their covers in transit.
Shipment tracking
After shipping your order, we will email you the shipment tracking number.

Returning items

Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Before sending an item back, submit a return request and wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Returns are handled in accordance with Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the applicable Retail Trade Rules.

How to return an item?

  1. Submit a request

    Provide your order number and the email used at checkout, or the parcel tracking number.

  2. Wait for our reply

    We will review your request and email you return instructions.

  3. Send the item

    After our confirmation, send the item by courier or via a parcel locker.

  4. We will refund or replace the item

    After we receive and inspect the item, we will carry out the resolution agreed with you.
